Born and raised in Kashmir, India, Ahmad Wani's direct encounters with natural disasters deepened his resolve to utilize technology for the global good. This inspiration birthed One Concern, an AI company pioneering built environment risk networks using foundational models and data-centric AI.

With a graduate degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, Ahmad's academic achievements combined with his commitment to leveraging technology have propelled him to the forefront of global risk mitigation. Recognized in Forbes' "30 Under 30" in Enterprise Technology (2016), and Technology Pioneer (2019) by the World Economic Forum, Ahmad continues to drive innovation, merging his personal experiences and professional expertise to create a safer, more resilient world.

Chief Technology Officer

Nicole is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder at One Concern, where she leads the Engineering Team and oversees end-to-end product delivery. Nicole was named by Forbes magazine as one of the world's top thirty innovators, in its Forbes 30 under 30 edition. Prior to One Concern, she worked as a Software Development Engineer on critical projects in the core platform team at Flipkart, the fastest growing e-commerce platform in India, from 2013 to 2015. Nicole has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Nnenna Nnoli is the Chief Financial Officer of One Concern. She began her finance career on Wall Street as an investment banker before moving into operating roles in the financial services and technology sectors.

Hitoshi Akimoto

Japan Country Manager

Experienced leader of consulting practice with a strong foundation in digital technology and the financial services industry. Most recently as Managing Partner and founder of KPMG’s Japan Consulting Practice as well as a role as Chief Digital Officer of KPMG Japan, which consists of audit, tax and advisory practices. He has gained extensive experience in the financial services industry across sub-sectors.
